Intake and priority
Reports record the user, content or page, category, description, severity, time, status, assignment, resolution notes, and an appropriate user-facing response. High-risk clinical and fireground issues receive priority.
Emergency action
Administrators may immediately remove affected content from public availability while preserving its review and audit history. A report does not automatically change an answer or publish a correction.
Effective date: not yet assigned. Owner and attorney review are required before public-launch authorization.
