Tactavera is free during public beta. Billing and paid plans are not active.
Technical help
Report a technical bug or accessibility issue from the feedback form. Include the page and what happened, but no patient information.
Account help
Profile updates, password changes, exports, session revocation, and account deletion are available from Account after login.
Educational corrections
Report suspected clinical errors, fireground errors, incorrect answers, unclear rationales, and outdated information. Critical safety concerns are prioritized.
Privacy and deletion
Export or delete your account from Account. Workspace data is removed and the account is anonymized; only minimal operational audit evidence remains.
Status and known issues
Outbound email, external AI, voice, file uploads, and billing are unavailable by default. In-app deterministic features remain usable.

Use the in-product support and correction form. Response times are not guaranteed during beta.
